Contents of experience participation & belongings
In the experience participation, you can participate in the bodywork part of the bare hands in the first half and observe the sword fighting practice in the second half.
What to bring: Easy-to-exercise clothes, towels, water, etc.
(If you have one, dogi, socks, swords, wooden swords, etc.)
